HR Recruiter (Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment)

Job purpose:

Together with Recruitment Lead to execute end-to-end recruitment activities, with a strong focus on blue-collar recruitment (Operators, Team Leaders, Shift Leaders, Technicians) and selected white-collar positions, while also contributing to employer branding initiatives to attract the right talent for Ajax Systems Vietnam.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (experience in manufacturing or high-volume hiring is a plus)

• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with sourcing tools and basic recruitment systems

• Proactive, high energy, and results-driven

• Willing to travel locally if needed for blue-collar hiring

• Employer branding experience is a bonus

• English fluency. Computer profiency (Microsoft Offices).
