Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields

Minimum 3 years of experience in Administration / Office Management, preferably in manufacturing environments.

Experience in a start-up factory or fast-paced international company is a strong advantage

Good command of English communication

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Strong knowledge of vendor management, office procurement, facility operations, and cost control

Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

Proactive mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving ability

Able to work independently and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
