Head of Finance & Accounting Department

Key Responsibilities:

1. Personnel organization:

• Build and scale the Finance & Accounting (F&A) function from the ground up, including structure, roles, and operating model.

• Lead team performance, hiring, and capability development to support rapid business growth.

• Bachelor‘s degree or above majoring in Accounting/Finance/Auditing or related field.

• At least 03 years of working experience in the same position or equivalent.

• Having Chief accountant certificate.

• Having ACCA, CPA, and tax procedure service certificates and having worked in the position of Chief Accountant, Head of Finance and Accounting Department in the related industry are advantages.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English.

• Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office.

• Good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and analytical skills.
