VinFast is seeking a Hardware Design Leader/ Manager specialising in Power Electronics to design and develop high-performance power systems for electric vehicles. The role focuses on power converter design, system architecture, and ensuring product reliability, safety, and compliance with automotive standards.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field

• Experience in power electronics design (converter topologies, motor control, etc.)

• Strong knowledge of power components (MOSFET, IGBT, passive components)

• Experience with circuit simulation tools (PSIM, MATLAB, Cadence, etc.)

• Understanding of EMI/EMC and thermal analysis

• Knowledge of automotive development processes (V-model, ASPICE, ISO26262)

• Experience with DFMEA, FTA is a plus

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good English communication skills
