We are searching for a Product Owner / Product Executive to manage our website. You will have the opportunity to experience data-driven decision making, educational service innovation using AI, and pushing beyond conventional limits and boundaries.

What will you do?

• Propose and refine feature ideas to enhance the QANDA Study website based on user needs and business goals.
• Gather requirements from internal stakeholders, convert requirements into detailed documents (PRD, AC, DoD, Test Cases) to hand over to the outsourced agency to ensure timely and accurate implementation.
• Oversee project timelines, requirements, and communications to ensure smooth delivery of updates and new features.
• Other related tasks as required.

Your Skills and Experience

Who we are seeking?

• At least 6 months of relevant experience (Product Owner, BA, Product Executive, Software Development, Data Analysis, etc.).
• Proficient in English writing & speaking.
• Logical thinking for problem-solving and communication skills (documentation, verbal communication).
• Outstanding time management skills.
• Critical thinker with a keen attention to detail for QC and product reviews.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of education and platform services.
• Experience in data analysis, visualization, A/B testing, or ease in applying new tools like Firebase, Google Analytics, etc.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum software development processes.
• Strong understanding of IT and interest in the latest trends in AI.
• Background in development or former developers.

Location: Hanoi

Preference for Hanoi-based candidates who are available for an immediate start.
