Job Description

About Us

We're a dynamic spirits distribution company bringing world-class international brands to Vietnam. Our workplace thrives on three core values: ownership, integrity, and collaboration. We've built a culture where people are trusted to lead their work, encouraged to speak up with ideas, and empowered to grow alongside the business. If you're energized by the idea of shaping HR in a fast-moving, people-first environment, this role is for you.

What You'll Own

People Operations & Governance

You'll be the architect of our employee experience—from the moment someone joins us to the day they celebrate a promotion or move on to new adventures. You'll own recruitment, onboarding, contracts, performance cycles, employee relations, and exits with care and precision. You'll ensure we stay compliant with Vietnam labor laws while keeping our internal policies human and practical. Payroll, PIT, SHUI, benefits, employee records—it's all in your hands. You're the trusted HR voice for both employees and leadership.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

You'll partner closely with leadership to anticipate talent needs and bring exceptional people into the fold. From direct sourcing to tapping professional networks, you'll lead hiring end-to-end with creativity and speed. You'll also advise on role design, leveling, and competitive compensation—ensuring we attract and retain the right talent. And when new hires arrive? You'll make sure they feel welcomed, set up for success, and excited to contribute from day one.

Performance & Capability Development

You'll empower managers to set clear expectations, give meaningful feedback, and have courageous conversations when needed. You'll facilitate performance reviews that actually drive growth, coach leaders through tough people challenges, and spot capability gaps before they become roadblocks. Learning and development isn't a checkbox here—it's how we stay sharp and competitive.

Employee Relations & Culture

You'll build real trust with our team. People will come to you not just because they have to, but because they know you'll listen, care, and act with fairness. Whether it's a concern, a grievance, or just navigating workplace dynamics, you'll handle it with professionalism and empathy. You'll champion initiatives that strengthen our culture of accountability, collaboration, and respect—and make sure every employee feels valued throughout their journey with us.

Compensation, Rewards & HR Projects

You'll lead compensation reviews, benchmark salaries, and ensure our pay structures are fair and competitive. You'll guide employees through benefits and policies with clarity and confidence. As we grow, you'll lead HR improvement projects—optimizing processes, upgrading documentation, and building systems that scale with us. You're not just maintaining HR; you're evolving it.
