Experience & Qualifications- 10–15+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Supply Chain Coordination, or Commercial Operations.- At least 5 years in senior cross-functional operational leadership roles.- Strong experience working with Manufacturing and Global Logistics in multi-country environments.- Background in automotive, EV, or high-volume manufacturing industries preferred.- Strong understanding of demand planning, allocation management, and inventory control.- High analytical capability with strong stakeholder coordination skills.
