Job Description
• Bachelor’s degree in Garment Technology or related field.
• 5 years of experience in Garment Technologist/Technician, Sample Development, QA/QC, or related positions.
• Good knowledge of garment construction, sewing techniques, fitting, and sample development.
• Excellent English communication skills, especially for direct communication with US/UK buyers.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work with different teams.
• Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Công nghệ May hoặc các ngành liên quan.
• Có từ 5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Garment Technologist/Technician, Sample Development, QA/QC hoặc các vị trí liên quan.
• Có kiến thức tốt về kết cấu sản phẩm may, kỹ thuật may, fitting và phát triển mẫu.
• Khả năng tiếng Anh lưu loát và chuyên nghiệp để làm việc trực tiếp với khách hàng US/UK, bao gồm email, họp và trao đổi kỹ thuật.
• Kỹ năng giao tiếp và xử lý vấn đề tốt.
• Khả năng làm việc phối hợp với nhiều bộ phận.

Job Description
We are looking for a Garment Technician/ Technologist to support sample development, fitting, and technical quality control for garments. This position will work directly with US/UK buyers on technical communication and fitting follow-up.
Chúng tôi đang tìm kiếm Garment Technician/ Technologist để hỗ trợ phát triển mẫu, fitting và kiểm soát chất lượng kỹ thuật cho sản phẩm may mặc. Vị trí này sẽ làm việc trực tiếp với khách hàng US/UK về các vấn đề kỹ thuật và fitting.
Key Responsibilities
• Review tech packs/spec sheets from buyers for sample development.
• Check garment samples and provide comments on fitting, construction, and workmanship.
• Work closely with Pattern, Sample Room, Cutting, Sewing, and QA teams.
• Join fitting sessions and follow up technical comments and adjustments.
• Support solving technical issues during sample development and production.
• Prepare and maintain technical documents and fitting records.
• Communicate directly with buyers on technical matters through emails and meetings.
• Review tech pack/spec sheet từ khách hàng để phát triển mẫu.
• Kiểm tra mẫu may và đưa ra nhận xét về fitting, kết cấu và chất lượng may.
• Phối hợp với các bộ phận Rập, Phòng Mẫu, Cắt, May và QA.
• Tham gia fitting và follow up các nhận xét/chỉnh sửa kỹ thuật.
• Hỗ trợ xử lý các vấn đề kỹ thuật trong quá trình phát triển mẫu và sản xuất.
• Chuẩn bị và quản lý các tài liệu kỹ thuật và fitting records.
• Trao đổi trực tiếp với khách hàng qua email và các cuộc họp liên quan đến kỹ thuật.
