Job Description
1. Sample Development Stage / Giai đoạn phát triển mẫu
• Receive Tech Pack and information from buyers, translate and provide comments
→ Nhận Tech Pack và thông tin từ khách hàng, dịch và đưa ra nhận xét
• Work with related departments to develop samples
→ Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để làm mẫu
• Translate sample comments from English to Vietnamese and review with sample room before next sample
→ Dịch comment mẫu từ tiếng Anh sang tiếng Việt và làm việc với phòng mẫu trước khi làm mẫu tiếp theo
• Arrange materials and schedule for sampling (Proto, Fit, Test, SMS)
→ Sắp xếp nguyên liệu và kế hoạch làm mẫu (Proto, Fit, Test, SMS)
• Control and handle issues during sample development
→ Kiểm soát và xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh trong quá trình phát triển mẫu
• Arrange testing according to requirements during development stage
→ Sắp xếp test theo yêu cầu trong giai đoạn phát triển
2. Production Stage / Giai đoạn sản xuất
• Handle material booking, production schedule, inspection/lab test, and shipment
→ Đặt nguyên liệu, theo dõi kế hoạch sản xuất, kiểm tra/lab test và giao hàng
• Directly communicate and manage customers; negotiate via email regarding issues during sampling and bulk production
→ Trực tiếp làm việc và chăm sóc khách hàng; trao đổi, đàm phán qua email về các vấn đề phát sinh
• Work with Technical, QA, and factory management teams to ensure standards are met
→ Phối hợp với bộ phận Kỹ thuật, QA và quản lý nhà máy để đảm bảo tiêu chuẩn
• Study documents and samples; arrange PP sample for buyer’s approval before production
→ Nghiên cứu tài liệu, mẫu; sắp xếp PP sample để khách duyệt trước khi sản xuất
• Update documents from buyers and distribute to related departments/factories
→ Cập nhật tài liệu từ khách và gửi cho các bộ phận/nhà máy liên quan
3. Costing & T&A
• Prepare product costing and quotations
→ Lập costing và báo giá sản phẩm
• Analyze cost structure and propose optimization solutions
→ Phân tích cấu trúc chi phí và đề xuất tối ưu
• Build and follow up T&A (Time & Action) timeline
→ Xây dựng và theo dõi timeline T&A
• Coordinate with departments to ensure production plan
→ Phối hợp với các bộ phận để đảm bảo kế hoạch sản xuất
* At least 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser in garment industry (full-function experience is preferred)
→ Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm Merchandiser ngành may (ưu tiên làm full function)
* Experience in at least 2 out of 3 areas: sample / sourcing / costing
→ Có kinh nghiệm ít nhất 2 trong 3 mảng: sample / sourcing / costing
* Good English communication (working with buyers and suppliers)
→ Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt (làm việc với khách hàng và nhà cung cấp)
* Good Excel skills (especially for costing and tracking)
→ Thành thạo Excel (đặc biệt về costing và tracking)
* Detail-oriented and good timeline management
→ Cẩn thận, quản lý timeline tốt
* Negotiation and stakeholder management
→ Kỹ năng đàm phán và làm việc với nhiều bên
* Cost analysis mindset
→ Tư duy phân tích chi phí
