• At least 5 years of experience working in law firms (Banking & Finance or M&A) or in legal roles within the banking and finance industry, such as investment banks, debt capital markets, investment funds, securities companies, or listed companies.

• Strong experience in managing financial transactions, including bonds, certificates of deposit (CDs), and foreign syndicated loans. Experience with Entrustment Lending is a plus but not required.

• Hands-on experience in drafting and reviewing contracts related to capital raising, as well as participating in M&A or IPO transactions. Strong negotiation skills are highly valued.

• Demonstrates strong business acumen with the ability to quickly adapt to new industries and dynamic business environments.

• A structured and logical thinker with excellent stakeholder management skills.

• Demonstrated team leadership and management skills (open for senior-level candidates).

• Fluent in English.
