Job Description

As a Fullstack Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications and internal systems that support our real estate operations. You will work closely with product owners, business analysts, and other engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain fullstack web applications using Python and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Build and integrate backend services and APIs to support business workflows.
• Develop responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces using Vue.js.
• Customize, extend, and integrate systems with ERP platforms (Odoo is a strong plus).
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture design.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues when required.

Your Skills and Experience

Must Have

• 3+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer or similar role.
• Strong experience with Python (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).
• Solid experience with Vue.js (Vue 3).
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs, MVC architecture, and web application design.
• Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+).
• Familiar with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have (Strong Advantages)

• Hands-on experience with Odoo (development, customization, module building).
• Experience in ERP, CRM, or large internal management systems.
• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms.
• Experience working in large-scale systems or companies with 500+ employees.
• Understanding of real estate, sales, or enterprise business workflows.
