1. Design and develop robust applications to implement real business functionalities, ensuring high performance and a seamless user experience.

2. Leverage AI-assisted programming tools (such as Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot) as primary aids to accelerate the software development lifecycle, rapidly prototyping, and efficiently delivering production-ready code.

3. Participate in application architecture design, ensuring the system’s scalability, maintainability, and long-term performance.

4. Responsible for full-stack development, from backend services to frontend interfaces, and capable of independently delivering the entire development lifecycle from requirements to production deployment.

5. Act as a strict code reviewer for AI-generated outputs, rigorously refactoring and validating code to ensure it meets high standards for security, architectural integrity, and stability.

6. Continuously optimize prompting techniques and development workflows by staying updated on the best practices for AI coding tools to drive overall team efficiency.

Your Skills and Experience

1. Proficient in at least one of the following mobile development technologies: Flutter, React Native, Swift (iOS), or Kotlin (Android).

2. At least 2 years of experience in mobile/full-stack application development; candidates with published apps and end-to-end project delivery experience are highly preferred.

3. Strong software engineering fundamentals (e.g., advanced Git version control, Agile methodologies, architecture patterns) with the ability to independently manage the full development process from requirement analysis to release.

4. Preferred qualifications: A proven track record of using AI coding assistants to significantly boost development velocity, or experience integrating Blockchain/Web3 features into applications.
