Mô tả công việc | Job Description

Quản lý và dẫn dắt đội ngũ Frontend Developers. Chịu trách nhiệm thiết kế kiến trúc, phát triển và tối ưu hóa hệ thống bằng ReactJS/NextJS. Phối hợp trực tiếp với đội ngũ Backend, đảm bảo tiến độ và chất lượng các Sprints.

Manage and lead the Frontend Developer team. Take responsibility for designing the architecture, developing, and optimizing the system using ReactJS/NextJS. Collaborate directly with the Backend team to ensure Sprint timelines and deliverable quality are met.

Trách nhiệm công việc / Responsibilities

  • Quản lý: Phân bổ công việc, đánh giá hiệu suất, mentor định hướng cho cấp Mid/Junior./ Team Management: Assign tasks, evaluate performance, and mentor Mid/Junior developers to support their professional growth.
  • Quản lý tiến độ: Phối hợp cùng Product Manager/Scrum Master để ước tính, lên kế hoạch và nhiệm vụ cho từng Sprint, xử lý rủi ro kỹ thuật./ Progress Management: Collaborate with the Product Manager/Scrum Master to estimate workload, plan Sprint tasks, and proactively address technical risks.
  • Kiến trúc & Kỹ thuật: Xây dựng, duy trì component library/design system. Khắc phục triệt để các vấn đề hiệu năng (Bundle size, Rendering, Memory leaks)./ Architecture & Engineering: Build and maintain the component library/design system. Resolve performance issues comprehensively (bundle size optimization, rendering performance, memory leaks).
  • Tích hợp: Làm việc với Java Backend Architect để chốt API contracts, xử lý real-time data (WebSockets/SSE), và tối ưu payload./ Integration: Work closely with the Java Backend Architect to finalize API contracts, handle real-time data processing (WebSockets/SSE), and optimize payload
    efficiency.
  • Kiểm soát chất lượng: Lead code review, thiết lập coding standards. Đảm bảo bảo mật (OWASP top 10, XSS, CSRF, CORS). Phối hợp DevOps thiết lập và tối ưu CI/CD pipeline cho frontend./ Quality Control: Lead code reviews and establish coding standards. Ensure frontend security compliance (OWASP Top 10, XSS, CSRF, CORS). Collaborate with DevOps to set up and optimize the CI/CD pipeline for frontend deployment.
Your Skills and Experience

Yêu cầu ứng viên | Candidate Requirements

  • Kinh nghiệm: 5+ năm phát triển Frontend, ít nhất 1-2 năm quản lý nhóm./ Experience: 5+ years of Frontend development experience, with at least 1–2 years in a team leadership or management role.
  • Kỹ thuật cốt lõi: Nắm vững JavaScript/TypeScript. Chuyên sâu ReactJS và NextJS./ Core Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with deep expertise in ReactJS and NextJS.
  • Tích hợp hệ thống: Làm việc tốt với backend (Java Spring Boot), xử lý Authentication/Authorization (OAuth2, JWT). / System Integration: Solid experience working with backend systems (Java Spring Boot) and handling Authentication/Authorization mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT).

Điểm cộng | Nice to have

  • Kinh nghiệm UX/UI các hệ thống ERP, quản lý vận tải, v.v../ UX/UI Experience: Hands-on experience designing and optimizing UX/UI for ERP systems, transportation management platforms, or similar enterprise applications.
  • Khả năng thiết lập và quản lý OKRs/KPIs cho đội ngũ kỹ thuật. / Performance Management: Ability to define and manage OKRs/KPIs for the engineering team.
  • Đọc hiểu code Java cơ bản để chủ động trace bug. / Technical Understanding: Basic ability to read and understand Java code to proactively trace and analyze bugs.
  • Kinh nghiệm Cloud (AWS/GCP), Docker/Kubernetes. / Infrastructure Experience: Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization/orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
