We are looking to hire a skilled Frontend Developer to build and maintain websites for our clients. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about creating beautifully coded, smooth loading experiences.

Position Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, high-performance front-end design implementations.
• Work with Tech leads, the UX team, and designers to develop methodologies and practices to deliver innovative technical solutions to problems.
• Work with back-end developers with effective implementation of front-end templates, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS and React Native.
• Ensure optimal utilization of web standards best practices, semantic front-end markup, structured stylesheets, and efficient JavaScript for development and production.
• Prepare front-end templates to provide progressive enhancement for modern browsers, and graceful degradation for older browsers, within technical specifications and whenever possible.
• Handle design implementation from mockups to site templates with CSS
• Quality assurance and unit testing of deliverables developed based on technical specifications.
• Execute/troubleshoot any frontend technical or performance issues that may arise.
• Research and investigate new technologies and participate and contribute to an agile development environment, bringing in expertise to improve our software delivery process.
• Guide and teach more junior team members

Your Skills and Experience

Required Knowledge & Skills:

• Above 6+ years relevant experience in frontend development
• Demonstrable experience of delivering excellent front-end design implementations in a fast-paced environment
• Solid knowledge and experience in JavaScript is a must
• Experience and knowledge in React Native and React JS is a must
• Experience and knowledge in web markup, including HTML5, CSS3+ is a must
• Experience in using GIT repository is a must
• A solid understanding of Accessibility standards
• Creative thinking and problem solving, strong animation / motion graphic sense
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently with a good work ethic
• Ability to work under pressure and complete tasks within an agreed schedule
• Good understanding in English is a must. 

Prior Experience:

• 6+ years’ experience in frontend development for medium to large scale websites and applications

This position is open to both full-time and freelance candidates; however, freelance applicants are preferred.
