We’re a nimble, fast-moving team, and we’re currently looking for a Frontend Developer who thrives in a dynamic environment where ownership, quality, and continuous learning are highly valued. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building highquality user interfaces and is eager to grow toward full-stack development.

 

What You’ll Do 

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-quality frontend applications using ReactJS 
• Translate product requirements into clean, maintainable, and reusable UI components 
• Collaborate closely with FE Lead, BA, Designer, BE, QA team to deliver end-to-end features 
• Implement and manage application state using Redux or similar approaches 
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services via RESTful APIs, including handling caching strategies
• Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility across devices 
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability
• Apply best practices in browser security (e.g., XSS, CSRF, CORS) 
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and engineering practices 
• Continuously learn and explore backend technologies to support full-stack capability growth

Your Skills and Experience

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (core concepts) 
• Solid experience with ReactJS and modern frontend development practices 
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design 
• Experience with state management (e.g., Redux) 
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and understanding of API caching mechanisms 
• Understanding of browser security principles
• Experience in web performance optimization (e.g., lazy loading, code splitting) 
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 
• Can communicate in English

Nice to Have

• Basic experience with backend technologies such as: 
  • Java (Spring Boot), or 
  • Node.js 
• Understanding of full-stack architecture and data flow 
• Experience in healthcare or other regulated environments

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong interest in learning backend development and growing into a full-stack engineer 
• Product mindset with focus on usability and user experience 
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment 
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving product environment
