Global Client Support: Provide direct technical support and communicate effectively with global clients in English, participating in a rotating shift schedule (including US-timezone night shifts) to ensure uninterrupted service.
Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and the Backend Team to translate product requirements and design mockups into fully-functioning features.
