Fresher IT Business Analyst (FRESHER / JUNIOR)

Your role & responsibilities

• Gather, clarify, and analyze requirements from stakeholders
• Translate requirements into user stories and SRS documentation
• Participate in Agile/Scrum activities
• Support Developers and QC in requirement clarification
• Coordinate with Business teams during customer onboarding and UAT
• Review scope, validate bugs, and handle change requests
• Analyze impact and update Jira tickets and documentation

Your skills & qualifications

• Final-year student or graduate in IT-related fields or equivalent IT background
• Basic understanding of the Business Analyst role in software projects
• Knowledge of UML, BPMN, flowcharts, user stories, Agile/Scrum, and API concepts
• Strong logical thinking and analytical skills
• Clear communication and proactive mindset
• Familiar with Jira, Figma/Draw.io, AI tools is a plus
• Willing to support delivery activities and meet deadlines
• UAT experience and multi-stakeholder exposure is a plus
