Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in English (B2) and French (C1)
  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or BPO
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Proactive, organized, and tech-savvy (SAP/Salesforce is a plus)
