Requirement：

• Degree in Business Management/Accounting/Finance.

• Minimum 10 years solid working experience in Finance function, preferable in manufacturing industry.

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in managerial role.

• Highly collaborative with solid management skills.

• Ability to work both independently and cooperatively with a diverse group of people.

• Exceptional analytical skills and ability to provide proactive solutions with limited direction and input.

• Strong IFRS knowledge and experience with multinational or sizable organization.

• Proficiency in English & able to communicate at all level.

• Experience in ERP systems is a plus.

• Experience in production process flow of solid wood and chipboard furniture is a plus.
