Job Description
1. Job Overview
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and make action to full fill them.
The Facility Engineer is responsible for managing, operating, maintaining, and repairing all facilities, utilities system, and infrastructure to ensure that production and business operations run continuously, safely, and efficiently.
2. Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
2.1. Ensure all safety principle is actually implemented in all activities of repair or PM.
2.2. Carry out Preventive maintenance and repair all equipment in the facilities & utilities task have
been assigned.
2.3. Lead improvement activities related to facilities & utilities on assigned machine/area/projects.
2.4. Managing system equipment with strict requirements.
2.5. Standardized current PM checklist for systems has been assigned.
2.6. Owner issue historians of systems for RCA.
2.7. Lead/support project on electrical field.
2.8. Propose to leader for upgrading, repairing components, parts of equipment to increase the
reliability of machine and reduce energy cost.
2.9. Troubleshoot and find out the root cause of the problems happen to all machines in the facilities
and utilities factory cause by electrical problems.
2.10. Instantly report any issue can’t find solution or potential problems to leader.
2.11. Managing the RFQ/PR/PO for the Facility team.
2.12. All equipment, tools shall be controlled for preventing loss, missing and un-proper use.
2.13. Follow work instructions/ procedures in repair and PM activities.
2.14. Create work instruction for electrical breakdown and skill up training for facility team.
2.15. Train facility team on how to PM and repair control systems.
2.16. Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
2.17. Having the authorities within the assigned function.
2.18. Adhere Company quality systems.

1. Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ Mechatronics Engineering
2. Experience:
Professional experience:
• Minimum 3 years experience of electrical maintenance or facility engineer at manufacturing company.
3. Competencies required
Technical knowledge
• Hands-on experience of systems: HVAC, Cooling tower, Boiler, Electric distribution, Air compressor, Pump station…
• Technical knowledge Building Maintenance

5. Prerequisites for the assignment
• Language: Intermediate communication in English (both verbal and written)
• MS Office and other applications: Proficiency in MS office
• Others: Auto CAD
