Job Description

Masterise Group is seeking an Expert, Integrated Media to join the Marketing team. This role is responsible for leading the development and execution of holistic media strategies across both digital and offline channels, ensuring strong brand presence and effective business impact.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with solid experience in integrated media planning, strong analytical capabilities, and proven ability to manage cross-channel campaigns and multiple stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

1. Media Strategy & Planning (Online + Offline)

• Develop and lead integrated media strategies (Digital & Offline) at both corporate and project levels to drive brand awareness, consideration, and lead generation

• Define channel mix and investment strategy across digital (SEM, Social, Programmatic, Video, CRM, etc.) and offline (OOH, DOOH, TV, Radio, Print, Events, Elevator Ads, etc.)

• Ensure alignment between media strategy and business objectives, including branding, sales, and cost efficiency targets

• Build and standardize media governance frameworks, guidelines, and best practices across all projects and segments

2. Campaign Execution & Performance Management

• Oversee end-to-end execution of integrated media campaigns across channels

• Track, measure, and optimize performance across the full funnel (awareness → consideration → conversion) based on KPIs and ROI

• Lead cross-channel attribution, reporting, and performance analysis, providing actionable insights to stakeholders

• Continuously optimize media efficiency through data-driven decisions, A/B testing, and budget reallocation

3. Growth & Innovation

• Identify new opportunities in both digital innovation (AI, automation, data-driven marketing) and offline media solutions (new formats, premium inventory, strategic partnerships)

• Drive test & learn frameworks to continuously improve media effectiveness and scalability

• Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and consumer behavior to enhance media effectiveness and organizational capability

4. Stakeholder & Agency Management

• Act as the key point of contact to coordinate and manage relevant stakeholders (Project Marketing, Sales, Data, IT, Procurement, etc.) to ensure timely and effective delivery of assigned initiatives

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to align on objectives, timelines, and execution plans across campaigns

• Lead and manage relationships with media agencies, publishers, and vendors, ensuring quality delivery, performance, and cost efficiency

• Drive cross-functional collaboration to improve transparency, operational efficiency, and accountability across media activities


Requirements

• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in Media / Marketing, with strong exposure to integrated media planning (Digital + Offline)

• Proven experience in both agency and/or in-house roles; prior experience in real estate, finance, or retail is a plus

• Strong knowledge of digital channels (SEM, Social, Programmatic, Video, CRM) and offline channels (OOH, TV, Print, Radio, etc.)

• Solid understanding of media planning, buying, performance tracking, and attribution models

• Experience in working with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or equivalent) and media reporting systems

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously

• Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills

• Proactive, results-driven, and highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment


We are seeking an Expert, Digital & Media to join our Marketing team. Our ideal candidate is a digital specialist with proven experience in the development of integrated media campaigns. In addition to being an outstanding strategist, the candidate should be a team player and demonstrate excellent ability to manage campaigns and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Media:

• Develop, implement and manage the digital marketing and/ or media strategy at corporate and project level to ensure top of mind consideration for the Masterise Homes brand and portfolio of products and services

• Build up the digital marketing governance and guidelines for projects across all segments; Collaborate with Project Marketing teams and other stakeholders in the application of digital marketing best practices

• Measure, analyze and optimize performance across customer touchpoints and campaigns against pre-determined business goals (ROI and KPIs)

• Improve our market reach and lead generation tactics through performance and digital growth acquisition strategies

• Identify emerging trends and insights. Provide thought leadership and perspective to boost digital adoption and maturity across the organization

• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

People management:

• Support the Digital & Media Director in leading and mentoring a growing team of digital strategists and analysts

• Collaborate with Project Marketing teams in the development of digital marketing and/ or media strategy across segments to achieve company’s objectives, including but not limited to project success and cost management

• Work across other departments and stakeholders including but not limited to Data, IT and Sales to drive key digital marketing transformation

• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
