Job Description
* Purpose
To ensure the good and efficient administration of the following:
+ Compensation & Benefits
+ HR Administration
+ HR Management and Payroll System
* Area of Responsibility
I. Compensation & Benefits
1. Work out budget for headcount and personnel expenses.
2. Verify monthly payroll calculation and payment, upload personnel expenses and accrual items (bonus, severance allowance); and reconcile payroll expenses and accrual accounts by cross check with GL.
3. Prepare monthly and yearly PIT declaration for Vietnamese employees & Expats to HCM & DN Tax departments; update for PIT changes.
4. Monitor ARs of HCD (Kao JP, Kao Thailand).
5. Monitor requests and payments of Trade union fund.
6. Co-work with finance for yearly audit (December) for personnel expenses.
7. Maintain C&B package by combination the local market, the company policy and the budget.
8. Provide C&B package for new hires, additional remuneration for acting positions.
9. Participate in a salary survey (questionnaires, IPE, Job evaluation, Job grading, salary components data).
10. Simulate salary scale basing on the Mercer salary report & company policy line.
11. Participate in annual salary review and simulate annual variable incentives.
12. To develope Compensation & Benefit sheme
II. HR Administration
1. Update employee status and movement and co-ordinate with HR team to maintain the staff database updated.
2. Prepare monthly internal reports, quarterly reports to the Group, reports to Labour Invalid & Social Affairs.
3. Prepare employment offers to new hire, follow up assessment result for the probation period, prepare labour contracts, follow up the renewal of the contracts/ promotions/ transfers.
4. Follow up personal accident and health insurance policy, motorbike insurance policy for field sales.
5. Review and update Employee Handbook, participate in Induction. "

- Improve, develop HR system related to C&B & Payroll.

V. Other assignments from the direct supervisor
• Education:
University degree - preferably Degree of Law or Business of Administration or Accounting
• Job-related experience:
At least 5 years experience in FMCG operation management
At least 2 years in payroll administration
Clear understanding of VN Labor Laws
Accounting base is preferable"
• Specific knowledge:
Knowledge on Labour Code, tax laws and social insurance
Good knowledge in Mercer Salary Survey, Salary structure, Job evaluation.
• Business understanding:
Understanding standard of business operation
• Other requirements:
Good service mindset
Good in figures and strong in Excel, Access
Fluent in English & Vietnamese
Strong sense of confidentiality
Well-organized and excellent work quality.
Good communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
