Job Description
Your role & responsibilities
1. Employer Branding & EVP Strategy
- Work with Group CEO & HRD to define, evolve, and communicate YouNet Group’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) in alignment with business strategy and organizational culture.
- Develop and execute a long-term Employer Branding strategy and roadmap across the Group.
- Ensure consistency of employer branding messages across all internal and external touchpoints.
2. Talent Attraction & External Branding
- Lead employer branding campaigns to support talent attraction and recruitment outcomes.
- Oversee EB content across channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, career website, recruitment materials).
- Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to enhance candidate experience and employer brand perception.
- Monitor market trends, benchmarks, and best practices in employer branding and talent marketing.
3. Internal Communication & Culture Activation
- Design and manage internal communication strategies that reinforce company values, culture, and strategic priorities.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives that strengthen alignment, belonging, and ownership.
- Act as a culture ambassador, translating leadership messages into compelling internal narratives.
4. Employee Experience & Engagement Programs
- Lead the design and execution of key internal events and engagement programs (e.g., onboarding experiences, company-wide events, culture initiatives).
- Ensure that employee touchpoints consistently reflect YouNet’s cultural values and EVP.
- Collaborate with HR teams to integrate employer branding into the employee lifecycle.
5. Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead, coach, and develop EB / Internal Communication team members (where applicable).
- Act as a strategic partner to HR, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Business Leaders.
- Manage external vendors, agencies, and partners related to employer branding activities.
6. Measurement & Insights
- Define and track employer branding and engagement KPIs (e.g., brand awareness, engagement, EVP perception, campaign effectiveness).
- Use data and employee insights to continuously improve employer branding initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports and recommendations for HR Leadership.
Your skills & qualifications
1. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Employer Branding, Internal Communication, Talent Marketing, HR Communications, or related fields.
- Proven experience in leading employer branding or culture-related initiatives at organizational or group level.
- Experience working in fast-growing, knowledge-based, or technology-driven environments is an advantage.

- Familiarity with analytics, engagement surveys, and branding metrics.
- High proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
