Job Description
1. Job Overview
- Đảm bảo máy móc, thiết bị điện trong nhà máy hoạt động ổn định, an toàn và liên tục; giảm thiểu thời gian dừng máy, nâng cao năng suất và tuổi thọ thiết bị.
- Ensure mechanical equipment and machinery operate safely, reliably, and efficiently to minimize downtime and support continuous tire production.
2. Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
2.1. Vận hành & xử lý sự cố sản xuất
- Thực hiện xử lý sự cố điện phát sinh trong ca sản xuất nhằm khôi phục thiết bị nhanh chóng
Troubleshoot electrical breakdowns during production shifts to restore equipment as soon as possible
- Phối hợp với bộ phận Sản xuất để đảm bảo dây chuyền hoạt động ổn định
Coordinate with Production team to ensure stable operation of production lines
- Tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt các quy định an toàn điện khi làm việc
Strictly comply with electrical safety procedures during all activities
2.2. Bảo trì thiết bị điện
- Thực hiện bảo trì định kỳ hệ thống điện, tủ điện, motor, sensor theo kế hoạch
Perform preventive maintenance for electrical systems, panels, motors and sensors as planned
- Kiểm tra tình trạng thiết bị, phát hiện sớm nguy cơ hư hỏng
Inspect equipment condition and identify potential electrical issues early
- Ghi nhận đầy đủ thông tin bảo trì và sự cố vào log sheet/ Phân tích sự cố và trao đổi với kỹ sư
Record maintenance activities and breakdowns accurately in log sheets
2.3. Cải tiến & bảo trì tự quản
- Tham gia các hoạt động cải tiến nhằm nâng cao độ tin cậy thiết bị
Participate in improvement activities to enhance equipment reliability
- Triển khai bảo trì tự quản (Autonomous Maintenance) cho sản xuất
Implementation of Autonomous Maintenance with Production team
- Báo cáo các bất thường về điện ảnh hưởng đến an toàn, chất lượng hoặc sản xuất
Report electrical abnormalities impacting safety, quality or production
2.4. Phối hợp & đào tạo tại chỗ
- Hướng dẫn kỹ thuật điện cơ bản cho công nhân vận hành khi cần
Support basic electrical guidance for machine operators when required
- Phối hợp với Kỹ sư Bảo trì/Engineer trong các hoạt động sửa chữa, cải tiến
Coordinate with Engineering for repair and improvement activities
2.5. Tuân thủ hệ thống & quy định (Bắt buộc)
- Tuân thủ hệ thống quản lý chất lượng của công ty
Adhere to Company Quality Management Systems
- Tuân thủ nội quy, quy định an toàn và 5S của nhà máy
Comply with factory rules, safety regulations and 5S standards
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công
Perform other assigned tasks as required
1. Education:
• Vocational or College Degree in Electrical/Automation Engineering.
2. Experience:
Professional experience:
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of electrical maintenance experience in manufacturing company
3. Competencies required
Technical knowledge
• Automation field device (Sensor, Pneumatic/Hydraulic Valve, CB, MCB, Motor 1,3 phase )PLC, HMI.VFD, Driver,( Rockwell, Mitsubishi, SEW,…)
• Preventive maintenance
4. Skills
• Basic Problem Solving ( fishbone, 5 Why )
• Basic Analytical
• Communication (5W1H)
• Pneumatics, hydraulics
5. Prerequisites for the assignment
• Language: Know Basic English is an advantage.
