1. Environment, Health & Safety Management

• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese regulations related to environmental protection, occupational health, and workplace safety.

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and internal regulations.

• Conduct risk assessments and workplace inspections to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.

1. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety, Industrial Safety, or related fields.

• At least 3 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in manufacturing or factory environments.

• Good knowledge of Vietnamese EHS regulations and compliance requirements.

• Experience working with government authorities and external EHS service providers is preferred.

• Ability to conduct risk assessments and safety inspections.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

2. Skills

• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and compliance management.

• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• Basic English communication is an advantage.
