Job Description

SHOPIFY, CTRWOW, CHECKOUT, CRM, PAYMENTS, EVERFLOW AD OPS


PURPOSE

Own campaign readiness and release quality across CTRwow funnels and Shopify stores.

Test and validate full customer journeys, tracking, payments, and CRM flows, ensuring launches are correct, stable, and measurable.

Own ad operations readiness in Everflow to ensure clean attribution and partner reporting.

Develop into Launch Project Manager by owning schedules, cross team execution, and release governance.


RESPONSIBILITIES

1/ END TO END JOURNEY TESTING

• Test complete customer journeys from ad click to landing page to checkout to post purchase

• Validate offers, pricing, promotions, bundles, discounts, taxes, shipping rules, and currency display

• Validate subscriptions, rebills, upsells, downsells, cancellations, refunds, and chargebacks

• Validate login, account, membership, and gated content flows when applicable

• Test across browsers, devices, screen sizes, and environments


2/ PLATFORM QA, SHOPIFY AND CTRWOW

• Validate CTRwow funnel build matches the brief, page by page, block by block

• Validate Shopify product setup including variants, pricing, inventory rules, collections, and discount behavior

• Validate Shopify checkout and post purchase behavior, including order confirmation and customer notifications

• Validate integrations between CTRwow, Shopify, and external systems where used


3/ PAYMENTS AND CHECKOUT QA

• Validate payment gateways and processors, including card payments and alternative methods when applicable

• Test decline handling, retries, error messaging, and confirmation workflows

• Validate fraud related steps and edge cases when present

• Validate payment integrations including WowPay and other payment systems used by the business

• Validate order processing, fulfillment handoff signals, and refund workflows across systems


4/ CRM AND LIFECYCLE QA

• Test CRM campaigns and flows across multiple systems, including WowPay related messaging where applicable

• Validate email and SMS capture, consent, opt out behavior, and preference management

• Validate onboarding, abandoned checkout, post purchase, winback, and renewal flows

• Validate coupon logic and segmentation rules used in campaigns

• Validate that lifecycle messaging matches the current offer and site content


5/ EVERFLOW AD OPERATIONS AND ATTRIBUTION QA

• Set up and QA Everflow tracking links, parameters, and attribution settings per campaign requirements

• Create and maintain campaigns, sources, partners, and placements as instructed, ensure naming conventions and reporting structure are consistent

• Validate click to conversion flow end to end, including redirects, landing page load, and offer routing

• QA postbacks and conversion receipt, confirm correct event names, payout, revenue, and status mapping

• Validate deduplication logic between pixels and server to server events when applicable

• Support partner enablement by providing correct links, testing notes, and troubleshooting guidance

• Monitor early launch signals, identify anomalies such as click spikes, missing conversions, EPC drops, or tracking breaks, escalate fast


6/ TRACKING AND MEASUREMENT READINESS

• Validate UTMs, click IDs, and campaign parameters are implemented correctly

• Validate event tracking through test flows, confirm key events fire and are not duplicated

• Validate that reporting critical events exist for conversion tracking and optimization

• Coordinate with tracking owners to confirm readiness for launch


7/ TEST DESIGN AND RELEASE GOVERNANCE

• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and release checklists

• Define pass fail criteria for launch sign off

• Maintain structured documentation, reusable checklists, and known issue logs

• Prepare release notes and rollback plans, confirm rollback readiness

• Act as final quality owner, block release when risk is unacceptable, escalate with evidence


8/ DEFECT MANAGEMENT AND TROUBLESHOOTING

• Identify, document, and prioritize defects clearly

• Provide reproduction steps, evidence, impact assessment, and severity level

• Use browser console, network inspection, and platform logs to isolate issues

• Retest fixes and confirm resolution before release

• Verify no regression across Shopify, CTRwow, CRM, payments, and Everflow after changes


9/ CONTENT AND LOCALIZATION QUALITY

• Proofread critical pages for conversion damaging errors and compliance risk flags

• Validate translations for accuracy, consistency, and layout behavior

• Validate multi language checkout and notification content where applicable

• Flag content issues that create confusion, mistrust, or drop conversion


10/ COMMUNICATION AND CROSS TEAM EXECUTION

• Provide clear test status updates, risk summaries, and launch readiness decisions

• Coordinate with Marketing, Design, Dev, Ops, and Support to resolve blockers quickly

• Support tight release timelines while maintaining quality standards

• Train and mentor junior site builders and coordinators in checklists and QA thinking

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 plus years experience in ecommerce QA, manual testing, or funnel and checkout testing, or strong internal promotion track record

• Strong understanding of ecommerce journeys, checkout logic, subscriptions, and refunds

• Hands on experience with Shopify and funnel builders such as CTRwow

• Working knowledge of CRMs and lifecycle messaging systems, including multi tool environments

• Working knowledge of payment systems, including WowPay and other gateways

• Working knowledge of Everflow ad operations, tracking links, campaign structure, and basic attribution concepts

• English, IELTS 6.0 plus, or equivalent

• Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail

• Ability to write clear test cases, defect reports, and release decisions

• Comfortable working independently under deadlines, confident blocking launches when needed

• Fewer production incidents and lower refund and support ticket spikes after launches

• Higher tracking accuracy and clean attribution signals

• Faster launch cycles with fewer late stage surprises

• Clean Everflow reporting structure, correct links, and stable attribution

• Clear documentation, predictable sign off, strong cross team alignment
