Management & Operations (60%)
● Project Oversight: Manage product backlogs, define requirements, and track task progress.
● Resource Management: Efficiently allocate team resources and manage workloads to ensure on-time delivery.
● Mentorship: Conduct product reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor team members.
● Reporting: Prepare regular project status reports and performance metrics for the Design Manager.
● Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary point of contact for client requirements and internal alignment.

Design & Strategy (40%)
● Creative Direction: Set visual and UX standards for key projects.
● High-Level Design: Execute complex wireframes, prototypes, and UI components for critical features.
● Quality Control: Ensure all team outputs strictly align with client design guidelines and technical requirements.

Your Skills and Experience

● Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or equivalent role (Lead/PM/PO).
● Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Figma and project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
● Leadership: Proven ability to mentor designers and manage multi-disciplinary resources.
● Language: Good English communication skills for client meetings and internal reporting.
● Analytical: Experience in creating reports and tracking project KPIs.
