WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead and coordinate structural & BIM engineering projects fromconcept to completion.

• Report directly to the Project Manager / Founders, ensuring alignment on project delivery.

• Set up and organize project workflows, BIM processes, and team structure.

• ...

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in structural design and project coordination, with demonstrated leadership potential.

• Experience in detailed design (Eurocode) is preferred.

• Strong experience with Allplan and structural workflows.

• Knowledge of structural detailing and engineering standards.

• Proven ability to manage workflows, coordinate teams, and deliver projects.

• Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese. German language skills are a strong advantage.

• Strong teamwork, multitasking ability, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
