1. Assist in formulation of design strategy to meet the business objectives.

· Relevant University Degree (Architecture)

· Minimum 10 years working experience as an Architect in consultancy firm or developer

· Working for foreign invested project or firms is an added advantage

· Prior experience in property development or construction industry will be added advantage

· High sense of responsibility, honesty, self-motivated and hard working

· Willing to work under high pressure, tight deadline and overtime if required

· Have good acknowledgement and background of the building design and familiar with FIDIC contract form is an advantage

· Good English skills, effective communication and teamwork

· Good command in various design software such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop, 3D Max etc.

· Familiar with Microsoft Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
