
Deputy Leasing & Sales Manager (Experience in Shopping Malls / Office Buildings)

Overall Responsibility:
Manage sales operations within the shopping mall; support tenants to maximize revenue; ensure operational standards; and contribute to enhancing overall customer experience.
Leasing Activities
• Take full ownership of day-to-day leasing tasks: tenant sourcing, follow-up, negotiation, and deal closing in alignment with project strategy.
• Prepare, review, and manage leasing documentation (proposals, LOIs, offer letters, etc.) and coordinate with Legal and Finance for contract finalization.
• Track leasing progress, maintain tenant pipeline reports, and update the Head of Department regularly.
Sales Strategy Contribution
• Provide ideas and recommendations to enhance the project's sales strategy.
• Gradually take on additional sales-related tasks as the project moves toward pre-opening and opening phases.
Sales Operations & Performance Management
• Monitor and analyze tenants’ sales performance on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Ensure accuracy of sales data (POS system, revenue reports).
Tenant Support & Business Development
• Provide consultancy on sales strategy, visual merchandising, and promotional activities.
• Track performance and give early warning for underperforming tenants.
Floor Operations Management
• Oversee daily mall operations (cleanliness, technical systems, security).
• Ensure tenants’ full compliance with mall regulations and operating standards.
Promotion & Event Coordination
• Coordinate with the Marketing team on mall campaigns and events.
• Liaise with tenants for event participation and preparation.
Tenant Lifecycle Management
• Support tenants from pre-opening through daily operations.
• Monitor lease renewals, replacements, and terminations.
• Work closely with the Leasing team to optimize tenant mix.
Other Duties
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail leasing and mall tenant support roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Vietnamese and English (Japanese is a plus)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data tracking, basic formulas, reporting) and PowerPoint for internal presentations; ability to manage documents and databases accurately.
• Independent, responsible, and ethical with strong negotiation skills.
