Data Governance & Master Data Management Supervisor

A. PURPOSE OF POSITION

To manage and maintain accurate, consistent, and reliable master data across SAP and commercial systems, enabling “One Source of Truth” for business operations, reporting and analytics. The role governs and executes master data processes aligned with ABI’s Simplification and Centralized Data Warehouse initiatives.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related fields.

Experiences:

• 2–4 years in Master Data Management, preferably in FMCG

• Experience with SAP master data is required.

• Exposure to commercial systems (DMS, SFA) and data migration is a plus.

Language:

• Effective communicator in Vietnamese and English, both orally and in writing

Knowledge/ Skills:

• Strong Excel, SAP knowledge (LSMW, Workflow)

• Strong data mapping skills

• Basics of database operations / SQL

• PowerBI knowledge is an advantage

Other requirements:

• Strong problem-solving and detail orientation.

• Proactive, organized, collaborative and customer service mindset.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Able to understand and investigate topics related to multiple business areas

• Able to efficiently prioritize work and timely inform stakeholders on the progress
