About the Role

We are seeking a skilled TDM Fabrication & Modernisation Engineer to support the transformation of enterprise test data management processes. This role focuses on building automated, efficient, and scalable data provisioning solutions using modern tools, scripting, and API-driven frameworks.

Your Skills and Experience

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain test data fabrication workflows to meet business and testing requirements.
Modernise legacy TDM processes by implementing automation and API‑driven solutions.
Integrate data workflows with enterprise platforms using REST APIs and related tools (Postman, Swagger, etc.).
Perform SQL-based data extraction and transformation across multiple environments.
Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Application teams to streamline test data provisioning and improve data availability.
Troubleshoot, optimise, and enhance TDM pipelines to improve reliability, scalability, and performance.
Support adoption of modern enterprise Test Data Management tools where applicable.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

Programming / Scripting

Strong proficiency in Python for automation and data handling.
Experience with VBScript is a plus.

API Integration

Hands-on experience working with REST APIs, including testing and validation using Postman / Swagger or similar tools.

SQL & Data Handling

Solid experience with:
- SQL querying
- Data extraction, transformation, and manipulation
- Test data provisioning workflows

TDM Tools (Preferred)

Exposure to enterprise Test Data Management solutions such as:

Informatica TDM
CA Test Data Manager
IBM Optim
Delphix
(Experience with any similar tool is an advantage.)

Automation & Modernisation

Experience automating legacy TDM processes and migrating them into modern frameworks.
Understanding of best practices in data masking, synthetic data generation, and secure test data provisioning is beneficial.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in QA, Data Engineering, Automation, or Test Data Management.
Experience in enterprise environments (banking, finance, or large-scale systems).
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to optimise processes and improve data delivery pipelines.
Ability to work in agile, collaborative teams and communicate effectively with technical/non-technical stakeholders.
