Job Description
We are looking for a Data Engineer to support the design, development, and maintenance of scalable data pipelines and enterprise-wide data platforms to power AI-driven healthcare automation systems. You will have the opportunity to work alongside one of Southeast Asia’s leading AI teams, applying cutting-edge AI and LLM technologies to solve complex, real-world healthcare challenges at scale. From enabling agentic automate processing to building AI-ready data lakes, this role sits at the core of our regional AI transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines (batch + near real-time)
- Integrate data from multiple sources (Claims, Member Data, Finance, APIs, Applications, CMS)
- Build and optimize data models for analytics and AI training
- Work with Azure Data Services (Blob, Data Lake, Azure SQL, Service Bus, etc.)
- Ensure data quality, validation, and logging mechanisms
- Support AI model training by preparing structured datasets
- Assist in building dashboards for operations monitoring
Your Skills and Experience- Because of recruitment needs, we accept Vietnamese candidates only
- 2–5 years of experience in Data Engineering
- Strong Python + SQL skills
- Experience with data pipelines (Airflow / Prefect / Azure Data Factory / similar)
- Familiar with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Experience handling structured + semi-structured data
- Experience leveraging AI/ML techniques to enhance data processing, database optimization, data quality monitoring, or intelligent data workflows is a plus
- Excellent written and spoken English; able to communicate effectively with regional and global stakeholder is a plus
