Job Description
Your role & responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact between customers and partners to handle basic inquiries via inbound/outbound calls, email, chat, and messaging
- Provide accurate, complete information by following the correct tools, processes and guidelines
- Escalate and update any urgent or unusual cases promptly
- Deliver high quality customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
- Proactively learn and stay updated on customer service knowledge and relevant information
Your skills & qualifications
- Graduated from High school or equivalent academic level
- Fluency in English (Speaking, listening, writing, and reading) - working 100% English.
- Hardworking, diligent, and proactive in work.
