Job Description
Main Tasks / Key Activities
• Build and maintain a core overseas agent network, regularly reviewing performance and reporting progress to expand partnerships.
• Monitor European market trends, analyze routes, and lead the sales team to strengthen quotation accuracy and competitiveness.
• Track regional shipment volume, revenue, and costs; set sales targets and drive execution to improve quotation success and goal attainment.
• Support company strategy by identifying and implementing ne
w business models to unlock growth and diversify revenue.
• Manage daily team operations, streamline processes, and handle emergencies to ensure service quality and operational efficiency.
• Develop team structure and capabilities, focusing on key objectives to enhance agent performance.
• Host visits from overseas agents and clients, coordinating itineraries to facilitate clear communication.
• Participate in domestic and international agent meetings and business trips to foster partnership growth.
• Execute tasks as assigned and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

What Will Make You Successful
• Diploma or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Familiarity with key trade lanes and overseas agent networks, particularly within Asia, Africa, and Australia.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to perform under pressure while upholding high standards.
• Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills with a strong sense of accountability.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English. Mandarin language skills are an added advantage.
