Job Description

- Review and ensure compliance with import–export regulations, HS codes, tax refund policies, quality inspection, used machinery, and special cargo requirements; oversee accurate CDS declarations

- Monitor and control shipments to ensure on-time delivery

- Review and control debit notes and settlement processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness

- Handle urgent shipments and resolve issues...

Yêu cầu công việc

- University degree in Logistics, Import–Export, Customs, International Business, or related fields

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics customer service and/or customs operations

- Hands-on experience in customs clearance coordination with strong knowledge of Vietnam Customs regulations, including declaration processes, HS code classification, tax policies (import duty, VAT, special tax), and import/export permits

- Strong leadership, team management, and ownership mindset

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure, especially in customs-related issues

- Good communication and negotiation skills

- Strong sense of responsibility, compliance awareness, and service-oriented mindset

- Customer-oriented, proactive, and accountable

- Good command of English (4 skills)

- Korean language proficiency is an advantage
