1.Bachelor’s degree or above in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant customer service/documentation management work experience in the shipping line.
3. Good English skill, both verbal and written, with excellent communication skills.
4. Experience in developing and implementing customer service strategies and initiatives.
5. Familiar with logistics and shipping software and systems.
6. A deep understanding of the logistics and shipping industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, is highly desirable.
