Job Description
Your role & responsibilities
Job Purpose:
- To measure the customer experience at each staff and customer interaction point with the ILA brand.
Working Relationships:
- The CE Officer will work closely with each department with-in the business. They will provide satisfaction feedback from both staff and customers to the relative departments.
- Internal: Each department within the business
- External: Each customer of ILA and some customers of our competitors
Listed are the main responsibilities of the CE Officer:
- Track staff and customer satisfaction at each interaction point with the business.
- Report to each business department the staff and customer satisfaction scores.
- Collect the verbatim feedback of staff and customers and re the findings to the relevant department within the business.
- Prepare reports and meetings between CE and the other departments within the business.
Your skills & qualifications
- College/University Degree
- Customer service oriented and passionate about experience.
- Language: English and Vietnamese
- Computer: Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Powerpoint (or like presentation system)
- Ability to learn and keen to improve knowledge in the field of Customer Experience.
