- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business, or a related field

- Minimum 10 years of experience in customs, logistics, or trade compliance (priority for Electronics appliance)

- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and procedures

- Proven leadership experience (at least 5 years managing a team)

- Solid understanding of end-to-end import/export processes

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

- Licensed Customs Broker or equivalent certification

- Experience in manufacturing or multinational companies

- Proficiency in English
