Job Description

- In Vietnam, the company operates a modern manufacturing and service hub located in Ho Chi Minh City. Over time, the operation has evolved into a strategic production centre, offering a range of products such as care labels, heat transfers, variable data labels, and packaging components. Supported by contemporary equipment, trained teams, and

adherence to global quality and environmental standards, the Vietnam site provides fast lead times, local technical support, and efficient supply-chain services to regional and global customers.


1. Sales Leadership & Business Growth

- Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and market share targets.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and drive key account development.

- Maintain strong relationships with customers, sourcing offices, and manufacturing partners.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent performance.


2. Supply Chain Operations & Performance

- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including planning, production, logistics, and fulfilment.

- Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency, quality, and lead-time optimization.

- Coordinate forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory management with regional/global teams.


3. Purchasing & Vendor Management

- Oversee all procurement activities to ensure competitive costs and material availability.

- Negotiate favourable terms and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

- Ensure supply continuity to support production and meet delivery targets.


4. Human Resources Management

- Lead recruitment, training, performance reviews, and employee development initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and internal HR standards.

- Support team capability building and foster a positive working environment.


5. Management Reporting & Performance Tracking

- Prepare monthly reports covering financials, KPIs, sales results, and operational progress.

- Provide insights, analysis, and recommendations to senior management.


6. Policy Implementation & Compliance

- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

- Monitor compliance with local regulations, safety requirements, and industry best practices.


7. Sustainability & Environmental Responsibility

- Implement sustainability initiatives aligned with global company objectives.

- Promote responsible sourcing, waste reduction, and environmentally conscious operations.

- Vietnamese national (mandatory)

- Minimum 10 years' experience in garment accessories, apparel manufacturing, trims, packaging, or related supply-chain/production fields

- Strong leadership experience in a multinational or large-scale manufacturing environment
