Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Civil/MEP Engineering or related field.

Experience

• 3–8 years of experience in QS or Cost Planning.

• Experience in large-scale building or infrastructure projects is preferred.

• Experience in airport/transportation projects is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Strong Excel skills (cost modeling, data analysis).

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

• Understanding of construction methods and pricing structure.

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking.

• Detail-oriented and organized.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
