Job Description

1. JOB SUMMARY

The Corporate Planning Officer is responsible for supporting the CPS Leader, CPS Manager, and Senior Officers in implementing and monitoring corporate plans in alignment with business objectives and stakeholder requirements. The role assists in tracking operational performance against the approved business plan while ensuring activities are carried out in compliance with company policies, procedures, and external stakeholder requirements. This position supports coordination across departments and stakeholders to facilitate planning activities and performance reporting.

2. Responsibility:

• Business Plan & Business Performance Management:

- Assist in preparing and updating NSRP’s business plans, including annual and mid/long-term plans.

- Support collection of inputs for development and monitoring of corporate directions and strategies.

- Compile data and draft sections of annual and mid/long-term business plans, including targets, timelines, and supporting information.

- Update tracking files and provide data to support monitoring of business plan progress.

• Performance Monitoring and Reporting

- Collect and compile data from departments for monitoring business activities and KPI tracking.

- Verify data accuracy and highlight inconsistencies or missing information.

- Prepare draft performance reports and supporting materials.

• Stakeholder Liaison

- Collect, organize, and verify information required for stakeholder reporting.

- Prepare draft corporate reports and assist in formatting submissions.

- Maintain records of reporting requirements, submissions, and deadlines.

- Support coordination of information flow related to corporate performance and reporting.

• Corporate Governance and Compliance

- Follow established procedures and guidelines related to planning and reporting activities.

- Support preparation of documents for audits or internal reviews.

• Education level: University graduated or above.

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Science or related fields (Master’s degree preferred).

• Work Experience: At least 5 years’ experience in international company and/or joint venture project.

• English: Fluent communication in English (TOEIC 600 or equivalent)

• Job knowledge:

- Working knowledge of business planning processes and basic planning frameworks.

- Basic understanding of performance monitoring concepts, including KPI tracking and reporting.

- General understanding of corporate governance principles and compliance requirements related to planning and reporting activities.

- Basic knowledge of budgeting concepts and business performance indicators.

- Awareness of the organization’s strategic direction and business objectives.

- General understanding of data sources, reporting structures, and information flow across departments.

- Basic knowledge of industry operations and business environment relevant to company planning activities.
