Content Moderator - Music Social Platform- 5 Days/Week

Your role & responsibilities

• Manage content types including but not limited to podcasts, videos, playlist titles, user profiles, playlists, album art, other user generated content, and live stream through services.
• Listen to live audio streams to moderate content against community guidelines.
• Receive leads through client tool to evaluate content.
• Engage and record outcomes of content through use of programs and tools, spreadsheets, or other.
• Track all moderation activities in and using client commissioned tools.

Your skills & qualifications

• Minimum B2-level English certificate.
  
• Preference will be given to candidates with 1 year or more of experience as a Content Moderator.
  
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) over and above any one native language listed above.
  
• Deep understanding of regional slang, music, pop culture, and linguistic nuances within your native language.
  
• High level of maturity and judgment to identify and handle sensitive vs. non- sensitive content appropriately.
  
• Flexible for 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

•  5 days/week (any 2 days off).
• Shift: Rotate 24/7 (according to the arrangement of the team leader).
• Rotating shifts: 9 hours/shift/month (including 1.5 hour rest)
