Your role & responsibilities
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s graduate with 2-6 years of working experience, preferably with 1year experience in leading team.
- One should be ok watching egregious content.
- Ability to motivate teams and rally the group toward organizational goals.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must at least have content moderation background.
- Passion for learning and creative problem-solving.
- Strong knowledge of cultural context in the user countries supported.
- Good knowledge of language of the countries supported is an advantage.
- Analytical frame of mind.
Your skills & qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with two to four years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Flexibility on 24/7 environment
