Job Description

1. TME System Operations:

• Manage master data including product lists, customer information, routes, user creation, access rights, and promotion configurations.

• Monitor and respond end-users in a timely manner to resolve application issues; ensure incidents are recorded, followed up, and closed as standard.

• Handle daily tickets from Distributors and Sales teams related to the TME systems. Laise with Distributor IT to provide system support, troubleshooting, and functional guidance to handheld & back-office users (storekeeper, accountant, sales admin, field force).


2. Customer, Route, Product & Warehouse Management / Transaction Control:

• Take full responsibility for POS approval, route & role creation, product and customer status cleansing timely.

• Validate transaction data, provide guidelines on TME adjustments for credit/debit notes, invoice corrections, and resolution of non-tobacco transactions (promotion, redemption, reward).

• Ensure accuracy of data and compliance, check survey, map in case any request/issue of functional teams.

• Track Outstanding balance of credit customer and work close with Finance/ KAC team to check, clear and match with Distributor financial report.


3. Trade Program Setup & Targeted outlets join program Control:

• Main responsibility setup program on TME system as request of Sales & Trade Strategy & Brand teams (Sell in, Sell out, Display Fee, Reward)

• Track and update customer assignment & timelines.

• Support for cut-off data for program reconciliation, exceptional cases.


4. TME System Upgrade Support & Data Validation:

• Collaborate with TME specialist/ IT during system upgrades and data validation cycles to ensure correctness and completeness.

• Investigate data issues and coordinate fixes with vendors and internal teams.

• Assist Line Manager in new system rollouts, continuous improvement and provide training and knowledge transfer to new users.


5. Monthly/ Weekly Reports Generation & External Data Management

• Consolidate and validate data from all Distributors to ensure standardization and accuracy.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports for internal stakeholders.

• Upload Distributor data into the TME system and ensure proper assignment and timely reporting.

• Generate and share TME reports for DS (Distribution Supervisor) tracking on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.


6. PR/PO creation:

• Support to create PR/PO as required by Line manager

- Education: A degree in information technology, information system management, business.

- Work experience: At least 2 years in SFA/DMS in FMCG, preferably experience with business data analysis.

- Able to convey messages to all stakeholders, business process skill.

- Excellence on Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Pivot, Power Query,)

- Good communication, clear presentation.

- Fair English for office
