Job Description

Corporate Sales & Business Development

• Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients across assigned cluster properties

• Develop and execute cluster-level corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue goals

• Negotiate corporate contracts, rate agreements, and volume-based deals

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and corporate travel patterns

Account Management

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key corporate accounts across the cluster

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)

• 6–10 years of sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in senior corporate sales

• Prior experience handling cluster or multi-property sales is highly desirable

Skills & Competencies

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills

• Proven track record in corporate account acquisition and retention

• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities

• Strategic thinking with strong analytical and forecasting skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties/accounts

Other Requirements

• Willingness to travel within the cluster and attend client meetings/events

• Results-driven, self-motivated, and commercially focused
