POSITION OVERVIEW
The Client Director is a senior commercial leader responsible for driving national revenue growth, expanding market adoption, and leading strategic partnerships for Chicilon’s media solutions. The role oversees nationwide sales operations, builds and scales high-performing sales teams, and positions Chicilon as a strategic media partner for FMCG brands, retailers, bank, healthcare, hospitality, real estate and media agencies in Vietnam.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives, translating long-term vision into actionable plans and measurable targets
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities, growth segments, and revenue optimization initiatives
• Drive sustainable growth of key accounts by strengthening client retention, increasing share of wallet, and expanding into new client portfolios
• Design and execute detailed sales plans, including target setting, territory planning, and resource allocation to ensure consistent achievement of revenue goals
• Establish and continuously improve sales processes, pipeline management systems, and forecasting methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to develop integrated, client-centric solutions that address market needs and improve conversion rates
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team by setting clear KPIs, monitoring performance, and ensuring accountability at both individual and team levels
• Implement structured coaching, mentoring, and capability development programs to elevate team skills, productivity, and leadership pipeline
• Actively participate in high-value client engagements, supporting the team in presentations, negotiations, and solution consulting to secure strategic deals
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through tailored communication and value-driven engagement
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, managing teams of 10 people.
• Demonstrated success in developing sales strategy, driving revenue, and scaling commercial teams.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence, motivate, and develop talent.
• Proven capabilities in market analysis, client management, and solution-based selling.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• High resilience, adaptability, and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
• Preferred:
- Strong client network within the Digital, advertising, media, or OOH sector.
- Experience working with major enterprise clients such as FMCG, Banking/Finance, Healthcare, Fintech, or partnership/channel development models.
