• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.

• Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in luxury villa or high-end residential projects.

• Solid knowledge of piling, reinforced concrete works, and villa construction methodologies.

• Familiarity with landscape and hardscape construction within residential plots is an advantage.

• Good understanding of Vietnamese construction standards and practices.

• Proficient in English (spoken and written).

• Skilled in reading and interpreting structural and architectural drawings.

• Software skills: proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, Words, Excel, PDF

• Hardworking, detail-oriented, and trustworthy.

• Willing to work full-time at the project site in Hưng Yên Province.

• Preference will be given to candidates holding a Project management Certificate (class 2 or higher)
