Job Description
• Cập nhật tình trạng của nguyên vật liệu cho kế hoạch sản xuất và lên kế hoạch nhu cầu nguyên vật liệu.
• Thực hiện đặt hàng trên hệ thống CPS.
• Cập nhật và theo dõi quy trình hoạt động giữa bộ phận mua hàng và nhà máy sản xuất.
• Mở sai lệch.
• Thực hiện quy trình khắc phục phòng ngừa sai lệch.
• Thống kê báo cáo hiệu suất (kế hoạch cung cấp nguyên liệu, bao bì, đáp ứng đầy đủ và đúng thời gian cho kế hoạch sản xuất).
• Theo dõi và câp nhật tiến độ giải phóng nguyên liệu bao bì.
• Kiểm soát nguyên liệu/bao bì chậm luân chuyển và có kế hoạch sử dụng và đặt hàng tối ưu để giảm hủy bao bì do hết hạn (artwork và nhà sản xuất).

• Update the status of materials for production planning and material requirements planning.
• Purchases request on the CPS system.
• Update and follow the operational processes between purchasing department and manufacturing factory.
• Open deviation.
• Implementation on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Statistics and performance report (Material and packaging supply plan, on time in full for production plan).
• Update and follow the progress of releasing materials and packaging.
• Manage slow-moving raw materials and packaging, and develop optimized usage and procurement plans to minimize obsolescence due to expiry (artwork and supplier changes).

• Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm trong nhà máy sản xuất (ưu tiên lĩnh vực dược phẩm).
• Có khả năng tiếp cận, nắm bắt nhanh các thông tin liên quan đến dược phẩm.
• Tỉ mỉ, cẩn thận, tinh thần trách nhiệm cao.
• Có khả năng phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề.
• Có khả năng làm việc với áp lực và đúng thời gian đưa ra.
• MS Office 365: Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point.
• Sử dụng tốt tiếng Anh.

• University¸ College pharmaceutical or equivalent.
• At least 1 years of experience in production area (pharmaceutical field is preferable).
• Ability to approach and grasp information related to pharmaceuticals.
• Meticulous, careful, high sense of responsibility.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Ability to work under pressure high and intensive deadlines.
• MS Office 365: Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point.
• Good command of English.
