Chuyên Gia Hạ Tầng Công Nghệ/ Specialist of Technology Infrastructure

Your role & responsibilities

• Thiết kế, triển khai, vận hành và tối ưu hệ thống hạ tầng CNTT: mạng, máy chủ, lưu trữ, ảo hóa, cloud, hệ điều hành và bảo mật. / Design, deploy, operate, and optimize IT infrastructure systems including network, servers, storage, virtualization, cloud, operating systems, and security.
• Quản trị hệ thống Data Center, ảo hóa (VMware/Hyper-V), backup, SAN/NAS, firewall, load balancer. / Manage Data Center systems, virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V), backup solutions, SAN/NAS storage, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Quản trị hệ thống Domain Controller (Active Directory), Group Policy, DNS, DHCP… / Administer Domain Controller (Active Directory), Group Policy, DNS, DHCP…
• Vận hành, quản trị hệ thống Email (Microsoft Exchange / Office 365 / Google Workspace), đảm bảo hoạt động ổn định và an toàn. / Operate and manage Email systems (Microsoft Exchange / Office 365 / Google Workspace), ensuring stable and secure operations.
• Phân tích, đề xuất giải pháp mở rộng, nâng cấp hạ tầng theo nhu cầu phát triển của doanh nghiệp. / Analyze and propose infrastructure expansion and upgrade solutions to meet business growth needs.
• Quản trị hệ thống mạng LAN/WAN, Wifi, VPN Site-to-Site và Remote Access. / Administer LAN/WAN, Wifi, VPN Site-to-Site and Remote Access systems.
• Vận hành, cấu hình các thiết bị mạng: Switch Layer 2/3, Router, Firewall (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto), Access Point… / Operate and configure network devices: Layer 2/3 Switches, Routers, Firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto), Access Points...
• Giám sát và đảm bảo an toàn, hiệu suất cho toàn bộ hệ thống mạng. / Monitor and ensure network performance and security.
• Xây dựng và vận hành phương án DR (Disaster Recovery), HA (High Availability). / Develop and operate Disaster Recovery (DR) and High Availability (HA) plans.
• Giám sát hệ thống 24/7, xử lý sự cố, đảm bảo hệ thống hoạt động ổn định. / Monitor systems 24/7, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure stable operations.
• Nghiên cứu, cập nhật và ứng dụng các công nghệ mới: Cloud, Container, Kubernetes... / Research, update, and apply new technologies: Cloud, Containers, Kubernetes...
• Làm việc với đối tác, nhà cung cấp về thiết bị, giải pháp và dịch vụ hạ tầng. / Work with partners and vendors on infrastructure solutions, equipment, and services.
• Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho các bộ phận liên quan khi có yêu cầu. / Provide technical support to relevant departments when required.

Your skills & qualifications

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Công nghệ Thông tin, Mật mã. / Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or Cryptography
• Có ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương / Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Có khả năng hiểu và giao tiếp Tiếng Anh. / Can communicate in English
• Kiến thức vững về:
  • Mạng: LAN/WAN, Switching, Routing, VPN, Wireless, Firewall (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto…) / Strong knowledge of Networking: LAN/WAN, Switching, Routing, VPN, Wireless, Firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto…)
  • Quản trị Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, File Server / Strong experience in Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, File Server management
  • Quản trị hệ thống Email (Exchange Server, Office 365, Google Workspace) / Experience in Email system administration (Exchange Server, Office 365, Google Workspace)
  • Hệ điều hành Windows Server, Linux (RedHat, CentOS, Ubuntu…) / Operating Systems: Windows Server, Linux (RedHat, CentOS, Ubuntu…)
• Kiến thức tốt về System/Network Security / Good knowledge of System/Network Security
